We live in a world where one's phone is essentially a part of their body— if it's not in our hand, it's in our pocket or bag or within arm's reach or it's notifications buzzing on our watches. And we all know the negatives that come with this. But, your phone can actually provide some positives too... but only if you make the choice to allow it to do so! How do you do that? By doing things as simple as choosing who you follow on social media wisely, downloading apps and listening to songs that serve you positively, and deleting apps and unfollowing apps/accounts that do nothing positive for you. ​
